The Lonesome Whistle Exhibition, put on by Calgary-based artists Carole Bondaroff and Stan Phelps, was opened up to the public on Canada Day, July 1 at the Loreburn Cultural Centre, of which Phelps is a co-director.

The exhibit presents eye-grabbing works of paintings, drawings, photography, poetry, sculptures and calligraphy, and even features a very unique railway-based installation in the venue鈥檚 basement.
