Good Spirit 4-H Club members hold speaking competition

The Good Spirit 4-H Club public speaking competition was held on February 26. From Cloverbuds to seniors, all the members did an impressive job of their speeches with a wide variety of topics, said Carmen Wolkowski, general leader.

From Cloverbuds to seniors, all the members did an impressive job of their speeches with a wide variety of topics, said Carmen Wolkowski, general leader.聽Public speaking is a great skill to have in life and 4-H encourages all members to participate. 聽

The top two from each age category got to move onto the district competition which was held March 19.

Cloverbuds winners were: Paisley Wolkowski, first; Ty Northrop, second, and Wyatt Wolkowski, third.

Winners in the junior category were: Macy Burkell, first; Porter Wolkowski, second, and Jessee Kopelchuk, third.

In the intermediate category, winners were: Katie Burkell, first; Kiah Simpson, second, and Megan Scherban, third.

In the seniors category, Taralee Bazarski was first.

In the district competition Paisley Wolkowski placed first in Cloverbuds and Jessee Kopelchuk placed first in juniors. Both speakers had advanced to the regionals 小蓝视频 held in Kelvington on April 8.
