Even though the temperature was approaching -30 C in Canora on January 19, town workers were still out on Main Street north of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church to perform needed sewer repair work. Town Foreman Sheldon Derkatch said working in such extreme cold can be done, but it tends to slow everything down and workers need to be aware of possible frozen faces, fingers and toes. / Rocky Neufeld
