CANORA - Oct. 31 was a fun day at Canora Composite as the Students Representatives Council hosted a Halloween-themed assembly. The assembly put two classes up against each other in a mini-game, ranging from highest point-type competitions to last man left standing-type games. The winning class of each game heads back to their homeroom with a surplus of candy to share.
At around 12:45 p.m. Canora Composite School threw its annual Halloween parade where students and staff showed off their creative costumes. There was a little bit of a competitive aspect to the parade with the people with the best costumes winning prizes in multiple categories. Halloween was considered a huge success.
