Neilson Cattle Company held their 25th annual bull sale at their Willowbrook-area ranch Friday, March 13. About 125 people filled the stands to bid on the coming two-year-old Charolais bulls.

Neilson Cattle Company held their 25th annual bull sale at their Willowbrook-area ranch Friday, March 13. About 125 people filled the stands to bid on the coming two-year-old Charolais bulls. The 29 bulls sold grossed $156,800 for a sale average of $5400. High selling bull sold to Duane Doell of JD Ranch, Chaplin, SK who purchased ‘NCC True 13A’, a son of ‘RC True 791’ for $8000. Second high selling bull also sold to JD Ranch purchasing an a second ‘RC True 791’ son, ‘NCC True 52A’, for $6600. Pipestone Breeding Co-op, from Moosomin, SK also paid $6600 for a son of ‘RC Ultimate 8176’, ‘NCC Ultimate 80A’.
