Friendly Acres Seed Farm south of Saltcoats held its annual crop tour Sunday. Some 30 area producers attended, walking through the crop plots which included soybeans, a grain corn trial, sweet corn, cover crop strips and winter triticale. There was also a talk about row spacing in corn. Miccar Aerial of Yorkton was also on-hand to provide a demonstration of aerial seeding tillage radish into standing winter triticale.
